Memorable Moment #5 - Online Dating

Almost twelve years ago, when I was eighteen, my husband and I met on an online dating website. Scared at finding myself pregnant a year later, I was determined not to get married just because I was pregnant. Still we decided to try to make it work.

Six years ago, when our daughter was five years old, we were married. I feel so lucky to have ended up, accidentally, with my soulmate. He is an amazing partner and father, and our daughter is turning out to be quite amazing herself.

It’s never been easy, but it’s always been worth it.
